New Rousseau product: Smart lock L100
Discover the innovative digital access control solution by Rousseau metal that removes the need for keys and memorizing codes! The all-new L100 smart lock, available at Pedlex, offers many benefits to your employees: Practical unlocking without contact or key (by transponder or smartphone using NFC/BLE technology) Quickly lock all cabinet drawers at the same time. Integrating into a range of our products, our brand new L100 lock allows: Easy management of locks and their access (with a mobile application or on the web) Detailed access history for administrators Unlimited number of users Easy installation on your existing storage systems (cabinets, tool chests, shelves, hutches etc.) When a valid transponder is placed in front of the reading field, the lock releases and the drawer can be opened by turning the knob. With the Tapkey mobile app, you can unlock the lock with the Bluetooth function of your cell phone up to 5 meters range, or via the online portal. Our team is proud to share with you the four main causes which we contributed to outside our premises this year: Working with Habitations et Distributions l'Escalier, an organization that helps young people integrate into the job market and become self-sufficient. We proudly participated in Drive for a Smile 2024, supporting Starlight Children's Foundation Canada and bringing joy to sick children. We supported the Gala des finissants at the Centre de formation professionnelle CFP des Moulins, showcasing the next generation of professionals and encouraging excellence in vocational training. Our team broke its participation record to light candles for the Grand sapin de Noël de l'hôpital Sainte-Justine, a commitment to provide resources for children's health efforts. Pedlex got involved with Distributions l'Escalier to support troubled youth and promote professional integration with pride and commitment With great pride and joy, our team got involved with Habitations et Distributions l'Escalier - an organization that shares our values. L'Escalier is a shelter for young adults facing challenges and a social enterprise dedicated to employment integration. It was a pleasure to meet the staff and participants and to share our energy with them, while also providing the clients with delicious products from local producers. Did you know? Habitations l'Escalier, founded in 1988 through the Auberge du cœur l'Escalier, is committed to a mission dedicated to providing a conducive environment for young individuals. Their goal is to offer a professional, welcoming, and serene living space where young people can develop self-respect, take control of their future, and improve their living conditions. Distributions l'Escalier, on the other hand, facilitate access to employment for young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing personal and/or professional challenges. Their program offers paid internships, providing a concrete opportunity for young adults to develop their professional skills.
Altium Packaging transforms its workspace with Pedlex modular offices
Client testimonial - Pedlex delivers modular offices for Altium Packaging Pedlex recently worked in collaboration with Altium Packaging in order to optimize their work environment at their Anjou facility. Our client was looking to add workspace to their production center, and the result was a modular prefabricated office system, offering a calm and ergonomic space in their premises. The challenge: Altium Packaging was looking to increase its work and organization capacity for its teams. Specifically, they needed to build soundproof workspaces for supervisors, protected from dust and machinery. This required the installation of four new offices in their manufacturing center. Our customer preferred an efficient installation to avoid time-consuming construction. The solution: (the article is available in French only for the moment) Our project manager worked closely with the Altium team to design a solution tailored to their needs. Pedlex's experts supplied and installed 4 prefabricated offices, which took just 3 days to assemble. Installation is efficient, and the structures are modular and reusable in the event of relocation or expansion.
