About Pedlex
Pedlex is a well-established Quebec company founded in 1976, specializing in the design and installation of turnkey storage systems (shelving, pallet racking, workstations, etc.). Our mission: to optimize our clients’ space while creating efficient and sustainable work environments.
In a context of growth and succession within our sales team, we are looking for a representative to take over and develop a well-established commercial and institutional territory.
The Role
You will take charge of an active territory already generating sales, with the goal of developing lasting relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clientele
- Identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and generate new sales
- Respond to incoming inquiries and prepare quotes
- Respond to various requests from existing clients
- Advise clients on the best storage solutions based on their needs
- Manage your territory and account portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in commercial events to promote our services
Profile Sought
- 5 to 10 years of experience in outside sales
- Experience in an industrial environment (an asset, not required)
- Comfortable with business development and client relations
- Excellent account management skills (diligent follow-ups, ability to stay organized and maintain control over multiple files)
- Autonomous, structured, and results-oriented
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Valid driver’s license
We are looking for someone with strong professional maturity, ready to commit to a long-term project and grow with the company.
Even without experience in this specific sector, complete training will be provided at our Montreal offices (Anjou). We are primarily looking for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and developing sales, and who wants to evolve and grow with us.

Compensation
$65,000 to $95,000+
- Guaranteed commission for the first year
- Revenue growth with performance and territory development
- Additional performance-based bonuses (targets, overachievement, annual bonus)
Conditions and Benefits
- Full-time position
- Territory: Montreal and South Shore (frequent travel)
- Approximately 50% of time on the road
