The challenge: Increase warehouse storage capacity
Our client was facing a growing need for raw material storage to support their industrial bakery operations. The main challenge was to increase storage capacity while maintaining smooth traffic flow, quick access to pallets, and a high level of safety for the teams.
The project had a clear objective:

The solution:
Pedlex’s design and drafting experts proposed a back-to-back pallet storage system, combined with a configuration against the rear wall, maximizing the use of available space. The solution includes 12 rows of high-capacity storage and 7 aisles. This solution facilitates pallet picking and offers easy access from both sides. The configuration optimizes logistics flow, improves operational efficiency, and allows for faster and safer inventory management.
Our experts delivered and installed the pallet racking, respecting the correct spacing according to the engineer’s plan. By providing upright and aisle end protectors, Pedlex delivered a secure racking system perfectly suited to our client’s work environment.

Upright and aisle end protectors, safety bars, mesh decking and wire mesh partitions to prevent stored goods from falling.
Next, we install bollards for narrow passages or to protect equipment, barriers or guardrails for pedestrians, floor markings for dedicated work zones or safe passages, pallet rack and beam capacity signs, blind spot mirrors, etc.
