Maximize your storage capacity with the Stack & Store cabinet mezzanine. This turnkey solution is designed to meet your high-density storage needs and will optimize your space in your warehouse or parts department, for example.

This vertical storage system is made up of R (heavy-duty) cabinets stacked on two levels. The easy and secure access to the upper level is done via stairs, allowing you to store more without wasting floor space.

The complete Stack & Store system by Rousseau is a mezzanine composed of 3 rows of cabinets, a walkway with a railing and a set of stairs:

1. Floor level: two rows of R (heavy-duty) cabinets pre-drilled for easy installation. You can customize the heights of the modular drawers in each of your cabinets - we offer 10 choices of heights, between 3" and 14".
   You can even place cabinets along the stairs to further increase your storage space (see the examples in blue below)
2. Level stacked on top: one row of R (heavy-duty) cabinets. Fully customize them by choosing between our 7 widths, 7 heights and 4 depths of cabinets, by adding doors or roll-out shelves. You can identify the contents of your drawers with our labelling system on the handles
3. Safe stairs – you can choose either one or two handrails
4. Heavy-duty aisle and end railing with a height of 42"
5. 30” deep upper floor with a non-slip mat
6. Drawer accessories to optimize your space according to your needs – dividers, partitions, custom foam cut-outs, etc.

The mezzanines are quick and easy to install. They can be reconfigured or relocated as needed and are made in Québec.

Here in red you will find an example of a Stack & Store cabinet mezzanine composed of three rows of Rousseau heavy-duty R cabinets with modular drawers. You can note the security elements in yellow: aisle and end railing, as well as stairs, equipped with two handrails. In blue below, you can find two examples of a smaller (2-cabinet wide) and a larger (4-cabinet wide) mezzanines.

The lower level is usually used to store heavier items or items with higher turnover.
The upper level is typically used for lighter items or items with lower turnover.
