The R2V vertical storage drawers allow you to recover the space available above. Designed to be stacked on an R cabinet, the R2V storage system will not only help you maximize efficiency, but will also allow you to:

Each drawer:

• Employs a locking mechanism when closed
• Opens all the way for full access to the content
  
• Has the capacity to hold 200 pounds
• Its trays can support a 100 lb load each
  
• They are adjustable in height and width at every 1" c/c, allowing you to adjust your storage according to the height of your equipment

To further optimize your organization, opt for one of our many accessories for storage according to the 5S system. They are adapted to the perforated utility panels for hanging tools, which fit inside the vertical drawers - at the back, in the front or across the middle, dividing the drawer in half. They will allow you to better organize and locate your tools or products, and thus increase your efficiency.

The pale-gray interior of the drawer gives you better visibility.
In addition, you can add adjustable trays that are easy to reposition in one-inch increments, plastic bins of various sizes to store small parts, PVC drawer liners, hooks, etc.

VTZ vertical storage :

store all of your tools in a limited floor space

Give a boost to your tooling storage capacity with the VTZ (Vertical Tool Zone) system of vertical storage cabinets.

Each of their drawers:

• opens fully
• has a capacity of 1,000 lbs, as they are equipped with a ground-rolling system
  
• their tool storage trays are adjustable in height to 3/4" c/c;
  made of durable PVC, they can support a load of 250 lb and allow adjustment according to the height of your tools.

The vertical drawers are often used to store CNC machining tools, bending or punching tools.
The VTZ system's vertical drawers have two types of storage trays, for storing punches and dies flat or upright. Two versions are available, for American type tools and for European type (Wilson WT, Wila NS, Trumpf) tools. If necessary, you can add additional trays.

62" high, 44" or 48" deep, 23 1/2", 30 1/2" or 37 1/2" wide:
