Why measure your satisfaction? In order to know where to invest our efforts in our improving procedures and the technology we use.

Primarily, we consulted you - anonymously - to determine:

• We also compared the results with those of the 2020 survey, which helped us to follow the evolution of our service offer.

While we are delighted with the high satisfaction rate, we are aware that some of you have expressed concerns about extended lead times and supply chain disruptions. We understand the inconvenience this can cause and we want to assure you that we are working with our partners and we have decided to hold more products in inventory, such as shelves and pallet racks/racking in our warehouse in Anjou.
