Guardrail rails in stock:

• Our heavy-duty guardrails are engineered to withstand a 10,000 lb. impact at 4 mph (given a proper installation)
  
• Standard lengths: from 2' to 10' center-to-center (exact dimensions from 19" to 115". We also offer custom lengths
• Height: 12". (Total height: 12-1/2" including the end plates)
  
• Width : 3". (Total width: 3-1/4" including the end plates)
• Made of roll-formed 13-gauge structural corrugated steel, our heavy-duty rails meet the requirements indicated by the ASTM A607 Grade 50
• The finish is a powder-coated safety yellow paint
• The standard rails are welded to two 12-1/2” x 3” plates on each side. These plates are punched with two 9/16” connection holes and bolted to the column using Ø1/2” x 7” carriage bolts.

Guardrail columns in stock:

We offer 2 types of columns – single rail (18” tall) or double rail (44” tall). Both are made from 5” x 5” x 1/8” thick steel and are welded to a baseplate.

Columns are punched with 2 holes of 3/4”ø on each side and are topped with a blast plastic cap on top. The 10” x 10” x 1/2” baseplates are punched with 4 holes of 3/4”ø for floor anchors. Powder-coated safety yellow paint finish.

Lift-out brackets for removable heavy-duty guardrails

The lift-out brackets allow the rails to be lifted out and permit passage of forklifts etc, rather than being bolted to the posts. Their model # is GL1.

The lift-out brackets are sold in pairs, one for each side of the guardrail. The brackets are attached to the column using 5/16”Ø x 5 1/2” carriage bolts with a washer and “T” nut.

Safety bollards

Our resistant safety bollards are made of 1/8” thick cylindrical steel welded to a baseplate. We carry in stock 42” high standard bollards which are 4 ½” in diameter and welded to a 10” x 10” x ½” thick base plate with 4 punched holes of 3/4”ø placed 1 ½” from the edge of each corner. 

We can also offer 2 other standard heights : 24” and 36”, as well as oversized bollards which are 6” in diameter and welded to a 12” x 12” x ½” thick baseplate for even more heavy-duty protection. 

All bollards are finished with a durable, powder coated safety yellow paint and topped with a black plastic cap. Bolted to the floor using 5/8” ø x 4 ½” floor anchors.
