Their desire, beyond resistant and industrial quality stations, was to have the possibility of making modifications and adapting depending on their future needs.<br \/>\nThey called on our industrial layout expert to equip their\u00a0<b>mobile mechanics workshops<\/b>\u00a0with the aim of creating tailor-made storage for their tools and equipment in two trailers, while ensuring that the equipment corresponds to the brand&#8217;s colors.<\/p>\n<h4><b>The solution:<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6194\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Temoignage-client-Pedlex-optimise-lespace-pour-Omnifab.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Our project manager Val\u00e9rie Fiset designed the following solution; manufactured by our partner Rousseau and delivered by Pedlex experts.<br \/>\n<b>14 workstations<\/b>\u00a0with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DEL lights<\/li>\n<li>Two heavy-duty\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pedlex.com\/rangement-leger\/cabinets-modulaires\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tool cabinets<\/a>\u00a0(400lb capacity per drawer) of 24&#8243;D x 34&#8243;H with drawer separators and dividers and a central lock<\/li>\n<li>Two wall-mounted\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/pedlex.com\/catalogs_pdf\/partners\/rousseau\/general_catalog\/fr\/new\/14-centre-de-travail%E2%80%93organisation-supeerieure-ws-wm.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>storage cabinets<\/u><\/a>\u00a0of 42&#8243;W x 14&#8243;D x 21&#8243;H with integrated sliding doors<\/li>\n<li>Computer\/LCD monitor stands with dual articulation<\/li>\n<li>Everything in one of the 20 standard colors from our partner Rousseau metal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Heavy-duty storage cabinets<\/b>\u00a0with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/6dWgW4UoZDU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Durable drawers<\/u><\/a>\u00a0with one-at-a-time opening, 100% extension and central lock<\/li>\n<li>Customized drawers with top opening for storing tool chests and easily accessing tools<\/li>\n<li>Cabinets for overhead storage<\/li>\n<li>In addition to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pedlex.com\/showcase_pdf\/Catalogue%20-%20Centre%20de%20travail%20-%20Organisation%20sup%C3%A9rieure%20-%20WS-WM.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ergonomic warehouse workstations<\/a>, the client required a\u00a0<b>U-shaped cash counter, which was designed with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pedlex.com\/index.php?route=product\/category&amp;path=70\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">heavy-duty cabinets<\/a><\/b>\u00a0with stainless steel\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pedlex.com\/index.php?route=product\/category&amp;path=82\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tops<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/6dWgW4UoZDU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">robust R drawers<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pedlex.com\/catalogs_pdf\/partners\/rousseau\/brochures\/fr\/Tiroir-et-compartimentation.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pull-out shelves<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project was manufactured and delivered quickly thanks to our partnerships with Quebec suppliers and our large inventory.
