Our mission: to optimize our clients&#8217; space while creating efficient and sustainable work environments.<\/p>\n<p>In a context of growth and succession planning within our sales team, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"job-listing-section\">\n<h2>The Role<\/h2>\n<p>Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting and optimizing the company&#8217;s sales process. They are responsible for preparing and following up on quotes from their external sales team, the online chat tool, and clients visiting Pedlex offices directly. They also proactively follow up with clients in their territory, while developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Manage requests and provide customer service<\/strong> (Estimated time commitment: 50%)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Prepare and follow up on quotes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Ensure document compliance and verify the authenticity of new clients.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Promptly answer customer questions via the chat tool.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Greet and meet with clients who visit the office and conduct product demonstrations in the showroom.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in customer service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contribute to sales development and territory support<\/strong> (Estimated time commitment: 50%)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the project manager to support territory management and customer relations.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with clients by phone to ensure a response to quotes.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to maintaining strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
